I loved how this hotel is centrally located and very convenient to access. Being near the bus stand made transportation very easy. the hotel staff were helpful and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also excellent. Breakfast was a highlight - delicious and very satisfying.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is incredibly convenient for quick travel. the rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the staff provided excellent customer service during breakfast, making sure to refill items before they ran out. the view from the window provided a glimpse into local life.
One staff member lacked professionalism when handling payment issues, causing frustration for some guests.

The hotel is located near the bus station, which was very convenient for us during our city trip. the centralized location is great for exploring nearby sights and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel provides basic amenities such as towels and soap.
Our experience during check-in was not pleasant. The staff member demanded unnecessary details about our payment and made us wait for a long time.

Great location, just a hop away from the bus station! It was so easy and convenient getting around the city and exploring all its sites. the proximity made it a breeze for me to attend my business meetings on time. the hotel was neatly designed, giving off a sophisticated vibe. Thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. One more thing, the buffet breakfast spread was tasty and filling. I enjoyed the variety and savored the food.
Though I had made the full payment in advance, the front desk staff demanded my bank transaction details and kept me waiting for more than an hour.
